[While Kageyama might have been subtle about his growing problem by his standards, one of Oikawa's strengths is how observant he is, and paying attention to his team mates falls right at the top of his concerns - even when that team mate is Kageyama.

Oikawa likes to leave last of all his team mates, when he doesn't have something pressing to attend to, it helps with keeping an eye on their attitude and condition, and lets them come to him when they have problems. It also lets him sneak back into the gym for more practise if he feels the need.
