[He's not at all sure he likes this, Kageyama's licking at his mouth and there's more spit than the last time and is there actually supposed to be spit? This is his second kiss ever and with the same guy as the first, so he has no point of reference but it almost makes him wish he'd managed to ask Iwaizumi to take his first kiss.
But he's got Kageyama now, licking at his face, and seeming to enjoy it plenty. Oikawa does his best not to stiffen up as Kageyama pulls him down, and instead to move with the pressure and part his lips. He settles his hands on Kageyama's hips because otherwise he'd be tempted to pull away, when yes, he doesn't like this very much, but he's getting used to it, and maybe it's not that bad. He tries to relax, and not focus on the details, except the details are all he can focus on, like that their lips are sliding together with Kageyama's spit, and that he's so much taller than the kid, and that this is his kouhai who he doesn't even like and he... really does like the feeling.
That took all of two seconds to come around to.
It's still Kageyama, though, which is less than ideal. So he needs to make that clear, and he draws back, keeping his hands where they are and firm, so Kageyama can't do anything stupid like follow.]

This doesn't mean I like you.
